1. Determination of Eligibility

IMPORTANT! Before applying with us, you’ll need to contact the Army Housing Office in Building 111. The AHO will determine if you qualify for on-post accommodations and process your Exception to Policy forms through the Garrison Office. Call them to schedule an appointment at 760-380-3576.

2. Application Process

Eligible persons may begin the application process with our Leasing Office only after the Army Housing Office has returned an approved ETP. Email us at villagesatirwin@tmo.com to let us know you’re ready to apply.

Next, we'll run a criminal background check and credit report. Once the application has been approved, your Leasing Specialist will provide you with a list of up to 2 available homes within your qualifying bedroom size to choose from. A security deposit ($500 or more based on credit history), non-refundable $12.73 application fee for each occupant 18 years or older, and signed pet addendum with pet deposit(s) (if applicable), are also required.

3. Choosing a Home

The choice of bedroom size will depend upon the renter’s income qualifications and individual preferences. Our rental prices are subject to change prior to updating this page. Be sure to check for our current promotions too!
