We have several community buildings available for rent for private and public gatherings, classes, ceremonies, and more.
Deposits may be held using a check, money order, or cashier’s check. Rental fees may be paid with a check, money order, credit card, or debit card. Debit or credit is subject to an additional fee.
The full ballroom is our largest facility holding up to 500 people with access to the courtyard with patio furniture, catering kitchen, 50 tables, 215 chairs, projector, stage, dancefloor, conference room, foyer/receiving area, WIFI, and 2 sets of restrooms. Use of half the center is also available.
Full: $500 Deposit, $250 Rental Fee, 500 Max Occupancy, 12800 sq ft
Half: $500 Deposit, $125 Rental Fee, 250 Max Capacity, 6400 sq ft

Community center attached to the left side of the main ballroom, this features a residential kitchen, projector screen, 20 tables, 44 chairs, 1 set of restrooms, WIFI, and side loading area. Nearby playground, basketball court, and large grassy areas are also accessible.

Sandy Basin Pool Room
Popular for youth parties, we offer use of our air conditioned room with private bathroom, residential refrigerator, 4 tables, and 15 chairs. Open seasonally.

Crackerjack Flats Neighborhood Center
Located in the center of CJF between Apennines St. and Remagen Dr., this center features residential kitchen, unfurnished conference size room, 1 set of bathrooms, unfurnished outdoor patio, 8 tables, 40 chairs, and large open field. Access to playground and basketball court is available as well.
$150 Deposit, $50 Rental Fee, 80 Max Occupancy, 2600 sq ft

Quaint community center located on the corner of Langford Lake and Chinook with residential kitchen, conference room, 1 set of bathrooms, 6 tables, 24 chairs, and unfurnished outdoor patio. Nearby basketball court, playground, and outdoor picnic area also accessible.
