Tucked near Lewis Elementary and Colin Powell Preschool, this all 2-bedroom community has stunning views of Tiefort Mountain and the sunrise. Desert-landscaped cul-de-sacs are surrounded by open desert offering increased backyard privacy from neighboring streets. This single level 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartments are available on either the ground floor or the second floor. Rich vinyl plank flooring is found throughout the home with cordless blinds in all rooms. A spacious laundry room with built-in shelves, one car garage with additional storage space, Google Nest Smart Thermostat (most homes), ceiling fans, a gas range/stove, upgraded interior LED lighting, and a newer central HVAC system are featured.
